POLE BLITZ Casual DANCE and Casual FITNESS Classes.

POLE BLITZ - It’s All About You!

All our casual classes are 1 hour and all students are advised to bring water a towel, wear shorts, t-shirt, heels for Dance class, toe undies for fitness classes – available at studio  

Body Sculpt N Flex – Work it and Stretch it. A 40min pole fit workout with a 20min stretch making your entire body feeling lean and toned.

Beginners Pole Fit – A fun class introducing the foundation moves of pole dancing. An introductory dance class for those new to pole dancing, awakening those muscles from top to toe.

Tush N Abs – A real workout for the parts of a woman’s body we all know too well. Increase your strength, tighten your legs, glutes and abdominals, suitable for all women all fitness levels.

Pump Fit Cardio – Want to get into shape, gain strength and give your body a total workout this class is for you. A combination of fitness and strengthening for women who want to work it!

Casual Classes Are For Beginners To Advanced Students.

No fitness level required unless otherwise specified and no age limits.

All Instructors are Blue Card Certified.

Pole Blitz Instructors are fully qualified within the Fitness Industry. Cert III/Cert IV.
Personal Trainer, Pole Fitness Instructors.
Please bring a full length towel and wear no moisturiser and no jewellery to all classes and courses.

For those who do not want to complete a course or a set routine but still want to acquire their fitness with pole dance and fitness book into on one of our Pole Dance or Pole Fit casual classes.
